How can we help?

Find quick answers to common questions about Elite SMM — ordering, payments, refills, reselling and more. Search below or browse by topic.

What is an SMM panel?

An SMM (social media marketing) panel is an online dashboard where you can order engagement services — such as followers, likes, views and comments — for your social media accounts. Elite SMM lets you place these orders in a few clicks and track them from one place.

What can I use Elite SMM for?

You can use Elite SMM to grow and manage engagement across popular platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. It's useful whether you're building your own presence, testing content strategies, or managing growth for clients.

What services are available?

Our full, up-to-date catalogue lives on the Services page, where every service shows its price, minimum and maximum quantity. Availability changes over time, so the Services list is always the best source of truth.

How do I choose the right service?

Open the Services list and read each service's name and description carefully — it tells you the platform, what's delivered, and the minimum and maximum order size. If a service is marked as a refill or guaranteed type, that detail is stated in its description. When unsure, start with a small test order.

How do I place an order?

Go to New Order, choose your category and service, paste your link, enter the quantity, then confirm. The charge is calculated automatically from your quantity before you submit, and it's deducted from your account balance.

What does service speed mean?

Speed refers to how quickly a service starts and completes after you order. Different services run at different rates, and any specific timing details are noted in the individual service description rather than promised globally.

What are refill services?

Some services are marked as "refill". If the count drops within the service's stated refill window, you can request a top-up from the Refill page. Only services that explicitly include refill support this — always check the description before ordering.

Why can drops happen?

A "drop" is when some of the delivered count decreases later. This can happen naturally on social platforms over time. If a service includes a refill option, you can use it to restore counts within the stated window; otherwise, choosing a refill-enabled service is the best safeguard.

What should I do if an order is stuck?

First open Orders and check the current status. If an order stays in the same state far longer than the service description suggests, open a ticket from the Support Center with the order ID so our team can look into it.

Can I place multiple orders?

Yes. You can place as many orders as your balance allows. For placing several at once, the Mass Order page lets you submit a batch of orders together in one go.

What is a mass order?

Mass Order lets you submit many orders in a single step by entering them line by line, instead of creating each order separately. It's handy when you're placing a large number of orders at once.

What is drip-feed?

Drip-feed splits one order into smaller portions delivered gradually over time, rather than all at once. You can set it up from the Drip-feed page for supported services, choosing the quantity per run and the number of runs.

What are subscriptions?

Subscriptions automate recurring delivery for supported services — for example, keeping activity flowing to new posts automatically. You can manage them from the Subscriptions page.

How do I add funds?

Open the Add Funds page, choose a payment method, enter the amount and complete the payment. Once confirmed, your balance updates and you can start placing orders.

What payment methods are available?

The available methods are shown on the Add Funds page. Because options can vary by region and are updated over time, that page always reflects exactly what you can use right now.

What happens if my balance isn't credited?

Payments usually reflect shortly after they're confirmed. If a completed payment isn't showing on your balance after a reasonable wait, open a ticket in the Support Center and include the payment details or reference so we can trace and resolve it.

How do refunds work?

When an order is eligible for a refund, the amount is returned to your Elite SMM balance. You can review refund activity on the Refunds page. If you believe an order should be refunded, raise it through Support with the order ID.

How do I manage my account settings?

Your Account page is where you update your profile, change your password, set your timezone and manage security options like two-factor authentication.

Where do I see notifications and updates?

Account alerts appear on your Notifications page, while platform announcements and service changes are posted under Updates. It's worth checking Updates periodically for important news.

Can I resell Elite SMM services?

Yes. Many customers use Elite SMM to serve their own clients — placing orders directly, using our API, or running their own branded panel through the Child Panel feature.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes. The Affiliates page has your referral details and lets you track referral activity. Share your link to earn from customers you bring to Elite SMM.

How does the Child Panel work?

A Child Panel is your own branded SMM website that runs on top of Elite SMM. You get your own domain and admin area, set your own prices, and serve your customers — while orders are fulfilled through our system. Manage it from the Child Panel page.

What do I need to start a Child Panel?

You mainly need a domain you own to point at the panel, plus your choice of currency and admin login. The Child Panel order form walks you through these steps when you set it up.

What is a domain?

A domain is your website address — for example, yourpanel.com. It's what your customers type to reach your panel. You register a domain through a domain provider, then connect it to your Child Panel.

How do I connect my domain?

You point your domain to the panel by updating its DNS or nameserver settings with your domain provider, using the values shown during Child Panel setup. Once the change propagates, your panel becomes reachable at your domain.

What happens after placing a Child Panel order?

After ordering, your panel is prepared and its status appears on your Child Panel page. From there you can see its domain, status and admin access once it's ready.

How does the API work?

Elite SMM provides an API so you can connect your own website or software to place and check orders programmatically. Your API key is available on your Account page — keep it private, as it grants access to your account.

How do I keep my account secure?

Use a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication from your Account page, and never share your password or API key with anyone.

How can I contact support?

Open a ticket any time from the Support Center. Including details like your order ID or a payment reference helps us respond faster.

Which Instagram services can I order?

Available Instagram services are listed on the Services page, filtered by Instagram. Each entry shows exactly what's delivered along with its price and order limits.

What link should I use for an Instagram order?

Use the link format described in the service's own description — for many services that's your profile URL or a specific post/reel URL. Following the stated format helps the order process smoothly. Make sure the account is public where required.

Which YouTube services can I order?

YouTube services appear on the Services page under YouTube. As with every service, the description states what's delivered and the minimum and maximum quantities.

Which TikTok services can I order?

TikTok services are shown on the Services page under TikTok. Read each description for the accepted link format and order limits before placing your order.

Which Facebook services can I order?

Facebook services are available on the Services page under Facebook, each with its own description, price and order limits.
